Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All tags and labels must still be attached to the items.

• Final sale items, such as clearance items, intimate wear, and swimwear, cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

How to Return:

1. Request a Return Authorization

2. Prepare Your Return
   Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship Back to Us
   You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late Returns:

• Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
